The Authority Hoax

"I am not making this up; the courts literally trick us into contracting with them in order for us to slit our own throats by breaching the terms and conditions of the contract. This is WHY we are asked if we will ‘swear’. We have an option; we are not required to tell the truth unless we swear we will i.e.: enter into a contract with someone and agree to tell the truth. The sole purpose of that question is to get us to contract. They have NO jurisdiction until we contract. * In an equity court which is all there is since there are no more courts ‘of law’ when we are asked, Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help you God?, we must respond No not to be contemptuous but rather because the ‘truth’ can not be told. Courts of equity can neither see nor hear ‘truth’. They are courts of fiction and cannot have any truth within. If indeed one tells the ‘whole truth’ the cat will be let out of the bag and he will thereby be in contempt and go directly to jail. We must tell ‘our’ truth, which is that we accepted and returned their offer, yet telling ‘the’ truth will land us in jail very quickly. Remember that Martha Stewart got herself into trouble not by having anything to do with ‘insider trading’ but by lying. Since there is no law against ‘lying’, the only way she could be convicted was for her to have made it a crime to lie. The only way that she could have made ‘lying’ a crime is by contracting and agreeing not to lie. The only way she could contract and agree to that was to ‘swear to tell the truth’ it was her ‘swearing in’ that created the contract which she later breached by lying which convicted her. Had she never agreed /contracted to ‘tell the truth’, she never would have been convicted. Her conviction had nothing to do with ‘insider trading’ OR ‘lying’; it had everything to do with contracting. There is a big problem with what the state does to attempt to adhere you to the driver's contract by creating a CORPORATE PERSON in your name by spelling your name in ALL CAPS. The problem is, the state never informed you that it had contractually made you responsible for the CORPORATE PERSON it created in your name without your knowledge. So, the driver's license contract is not a legally enforceable contract, because it is clearly based on intentional fraud and deceit. read more

I have found through research that the banking and legal systems are the most corrupt, enslaving systems on the planet. My question is why are they still able to operate?  These systems were built by the few to control the masses, and are they systems of power and greed for the few.  You will have to do your own research and come to your own conclusions. 

 In the 80's I found out from doing a video for the American Law Association, how the bank and legal systems really work.   I also worked with a Orlando judge on teaching mediation to attorneys through videos. I learned that since the beginning of time as we know it,  law was not about right or wrong it was about the money.   Zeitgeist: Addendum really show's how corrupt the banking system is.

Take a look at the new million dollar court houses everywhere. No money for teachers and children, but we have plenty of money  for new court buildings. The government, the henchmen of the Banksters, have enough money to build bombs and killing machines, but not enough money for education. The government can spend billions and billions to kill under 100 enemy targets in Afghanistan. The government diverts money from education, because they do not want a smart population who will stand up this megalomania madness.  What about the for profit jail systems on the stock market. 2 million people in Jail for smoking pot.  What a joke law enforcement, the legal system and the government have become. 

 Police arrest innocent men or women every day, lock them up, mock them, belittle them and  plain out make fun of them, why because they gave them selves the power.   Make it mandatory from this point on,  that any  judge or police officer that arrest or incarcerate any innocent man or woman, will face half the same amount of time, in prison. They will learn to be right about the facts and not it, being all about the money or corporate advancement. If they make a mistake they will get a taste of what they have been  dishing out.  Or the 3 strikes your out of a job.

It's past the time on this planet, when people and companies profit from another's pain and suffering. All companies that create or profit from some ones legal, medical, insurance, and money problems (especially bank systems with their made up money), make it mandatory to be non profit on the planet. Energy Companies that rob resources from Mother Earth should also be Non Profit Period!!! LEAVE MOTHER EARTH ALONE! There is enough suppressed knowledge to create new energy systems, and replace the economic system with a collaborative consumer system that helped everyone, not just the corporations or the privileged.
